Bypass Diode Tester

Bypass Diode Tester is designed to assess the adequacy of the thermal design and long-term reliability of PV modules bypass diodes, which are used to limit the detrimental effects of module hot spot susceptibility. The bypass diodes' function is to eliminate the hot-spot phenomena which can damage PV cells and even cause fire if the light hitting the surface of the PV cells in a module is not uniform

1. Technical requirements 
Pulse Power Supply: Programmable Range 20μs~999s 
Current Range: 0-60A; Deviation ± 2%; 
Voltage Range: 0-5V; Deviation ± 1%; 
DC Power Supply: Current Range 0-60A; Deviation ± 1% 
Voltage Range: 0-80V; Deviation ±1% 
Temperature Acquisition Channel Accuracy: ≤1℃ 
Voltage Acquisition Accuracy: ≤0.002V
