Structure and Functions
Ø The exterior chamber is fabricated from SUS304 stainless-steel plates processed by CNC machinery, with the surface finished in a durable powder coating. The interior chamber is constructed from mirror-finished SUS304 stainless-steel panels;
Ø The chamber is designed with a water-tray heating system and features a front-and-rear outward-opening chamber door;
Ø The sample racks are made from stainless steel and aluminum plates, designed strictly according to standard requirements. After sample slicing, the aluminum masking clamps secure the samples in place. The base of the chamber is equipped with high-quality lockable PU casters;
Ø The system employs American-imported power supplies and trigger devices. The UV lamps are also imported from the United States, with a service life of 1800–2000 hours. A total of eight lamps are arranged at the front and rear of the chamber;
Ø The chamber includes a water-spray system, and the touchscreen controller allows programming of intermittent spray functions and spray intervals;
Ø Equipped with four irradiance meters, with each meter monitoring two lamps independently. Available irradiance meter specifications include UVA-340 nm and UVB-313 nm, selectable according to customer requirements;
Ø Equipped with one black panel thermometer;
Ø A 7-inch touchscreen is provided for displaying and controlling system parameters;
Ø Electrical components adopt imported brands such as ABB, Omron, and Carlo Gavazzi, or UL-certified components from Noyak, meeting U.S. electrical safety requirements;
Compliance with Standards
